  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.



Return & Exchange Policy

 

  • Refunds

    BibleDeep partners with Printify, a print-on-demand company.
    Because each product is made to order, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

    However, in the case of a damaged product or manufacturing error, Printify offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are only accepted on caps.

We offer a 7-day return policy on caps, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your cap must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
